We’re on the road to NOWHERE… aber was ist mit den Kindern?
Der Kidspace ist normalerweise der Ort für Bällebad, Pixelwand und Lötkolben. Doch das ist NOWHERE to be found. Letztes Jahr während der rC3 hatten wir eine virtuelle Premiere: Malsessions in BigBlueButton, Online-Workshops und eine bunte Pixellandschaft voller Überraschungen. Hier konnten die Kinder (und Eltern) sich wieder treffen, austauschen, und spannende Dinge tun.
Und auch dieses Jahr wollen wir uns wieder auf die Reise machen. Dafür brauchen wir Hilfe im NOW und HERE. Seien es Pixel, Workshops oder Themen für den Eltern-Stammtisch. Nur zusammen kann es im Neuland später bunt und aufregend werden.
Möchtest Du während der diesjährigen rC3 ein Angebot für Kinder, Eltern und andere Bezugspersonen beitragen? Zum Beispiel:
- eine Vorstellung Deines nerdigen Bastelprojekts fürs Kinderzimmer
- einen Auszug aus deinem Lieblingskinderbuch vorlesen (oder alles)
- eine Let’s Play-Session mit dem Retrospiel Deiner Wahl
- einen Workshop für Kinder oder deren Eltern anbieten
- Vorschläge für Themen, über die Du Dich gerne mit anderen Nerd-Eltern und -Betreuern austauschen willst
- Hinweise auf interessante Beiträge in eurer Assembly

Dear humans with children!
We’re on the road to NOWHERE… but what about the kids?
The Kidspace is usually the place for ball pit, pixel wall and soldering iron. But this is NOWHERE to be found. Last year during rC3 we had a virtual premiere: painting sessions in BigBlueButton, online workshops and a colorful pixel landscape full of surprises. Here the kids (and parents) could meet again, exchange ideas, and do exciting things.
And this year, we want to go on the road again. For this we need help NOW and HERE. Whether to do some pixels, workshops or topics for the parents
‘regulars’ table. Only together it can become colorful and exciting in Neuland later.
Would you like to contribute an offering for kids, parents and guardians during this year’s rC3? For example:
- a presentation of your nerdy craft project for the kids’ room
- read an excerpt from your favorite children’s book (or the hole book)
- a Let’s Play session with the retro game of your choice
- offer a workshop for kids or their parents
- suggestions for topics you’d like to talk about with other nerd parents and caregivers
- Hints for interesting articles in your assembly
