Wir haben 100 Eltern gefragt…:
…Nennen Sie uns etwas, was Sie NICHT über das Camp wissen.
- 30 Eltern sagten: Wo ich mit meinen Kindern am besten mein Zelt aufschlagen kann?
- 50 Eltern sagten: Was ich mache, wenn meine Kinder (und ich) Hunger haben?
- 11 Eltern sagten: Ob sich meine Kinder langweilen werden?
- 7 Eltern sagten: Wie ich am besten Kontakt zu anderen Eltern bekommen kann?
- 2 Eltern sagten: Ob es eine Kinderbetreuung geben wird?
Wir wollen daher auf ein paar Punkte eingehen:
Family Village
Wie beim letzten Mal wird es das Family Village geben – einen Bereich am hinteren Ende des Camp-Geländes, der besonders geeignet für Kinder und deren Begleitung ist. In diesem Bereich sollte es nachts möglichst so ruhig sein, dass Kinder schlafen können. Dafür werden die Bewohner*innen möglicherweise früher wach als in anderen Villages. Wer 2019 schon dabei war: Es ist derselbe Bereich wie vor vier Jahren. Anders als vor vier Jahren wird das Campen mit einem Wohnmobil oder Camper aus Platzgründen dieses Jahr im Family Village aber nicht möglich sein.
Essen
Wie beim letzten Mal wollen wir wieder gemeinsam kochen. Wir haben uns gedacht, dass es keinen Spaß macht, wenn jede*r vor dem eigenen Zelt sitzt und kocht. Gemeinsam macht es mehr Spaß und ist ressourcenschonender. Auf unsere Vorabumfrage haben sich bereits über 300 Erwachsene und Kinder gemeldet. Mit so einer großen Gruppe zu kochen bedarf natürlich einiger Planung. Zum Glück haben wir wieder Easy als Koch dabei, der in diesem Jahr Unterstützung von einem weiteren Koch erhält. Die beiden erstellen den Essensplan, kalkulieren die Mengen, bestellen beim Großhandel und sorgen dafür, dass die Nudeln nicht zu einer breiigen Masse verkleben. Das schaffen sie natürlich nur, wenn alle anderen mithelfen. Daher wird es neben einem pretix zur Anmeldung und Bezahlung der Umlage auch einen Küchenplan geben, in dem man sich für Schichten eintragen kann. Es handelt sich also nicht um eine Kantinenverpflegung, sondern um eine Gemeinschaftsküche.
Der Plan ist für alle Beteiligten an 5 Tagen Frühstück und warmes Abendessen zu kochen sowie dazwischen Pommes und Pizza aus dem Lehmofen.
Preislich gestaffelt für kleine, mittlere und große Kinder so wie Erwachsene.
Damit wir alle gesund bleiben, ist es wichtig, dass ihr vorher bei eurem Gesundheitsamt eine Belehrung nach § 43 Infektionsschutzgesetz macht. Das kostet ca. 20 € und geht teilweise auch online. Falls das nicht klappt, gibt es auch andere Aufgaben, aber es wäre wichtig, dass möglichst viele eine entsprechende Belehrung haben. Die dazugehörige Zweitbelehrung findet dann auf dem Camp statt.
Die Gulaschkanone vom letzten Camp können wir leider nicht nutzen. Deshalb haben wir lange gesucht und eine gefunden

und gekauft. Wir hoffen, die ca. 2000€ über Spenden zusammentragen zu können – wenn ihr euch beteiligen wollt und könnt, bitte über das pretix oder per paypal an pluhmen@moosbee.de. Die Gulaschkanone wird nach dem Camp ins Lager des CCCV gebracht und kann von dort aus im Chaosumfeld genutzt werden, solange sie gut gepflegt wird. Was und wie genau werden wir noch detailierter mitteilen.
Angebote
Auf dem Gelände des Ziegeleiparks Mildenberg gibt es eine Reihe von Spielgeräten. Dazu gibt es einen See, in dem gebadet werden kann.
Viele von euch möchten Workshops o.ä. für Kinder anbieten. Für eine bessere Planung schreibt eine Mail an submission@c3kidspace.de.

Kinderbetreuung
Was wir nicht anbieten können, ist eine Betreuung der Kinder. Wir verstehen unsere Arbeit darin, die Infrastruktur und Ideen bereitzustellen, um mit euch den Kidspace zu gestalten.
Sicherheitshinweise
- Während des Aufbaus fahren große gefährliche Maschinen über das Gelände. Kinder sollten erst nach dem Aufbau auf das Gelände. Falls ihr doch früher mit euren Kindern anreist passt bitte auf sie auf und lasst sie nicht frei rum laufen. Es handelt sich um eine Baustelle, auch wenn da ein Klettergerüst und ein Sandhügel mit einem Fußballtor auf der Wiese steht. Gleiches gilt für den Abbau.
- Auch während des Camps bleibt die Aufsichtspflicht bei den Eltern. Der Kidspace oder das Family Village übernimmt keine Kinderbetreuung.
- Der Pizzaofen wird mit Feuer betrieben. Um dies sicher zu gestalten gibt es ein Brandschutzkonzept, das beachtet werden muss.

So we want to address a few points:
Family Village
Like last time, there will be the Family Village – an area at the far end of the camp grounds that is particularly suitable for children and their companions. This area should be as quiet as possible at night so that children can sleep. In return, residents may wake up earlier than in other Villages. For those who have been in 2019, it is the same area as four years ago. Unlike four years ago, camping with an RV or camper will not be possible this year within the Family Village due to space limitations.
Food
Like last time, we want to cook together again. We thought that it is no fun if everyone sits in front of their own tent and cooks. Together it is more fun and saves resources. More than 300 adults and children have already responded to our preliminary survey. Of course, cooking with such a large group requires some planning. Fortunately, we have Easy as our cook again, who will be assisted by another cook this year. The two of them prepare the meal plan, calculate the quantities, order from the wholesaler and make sure that the noodles don’t stick together into a mushy mass. Of course, they can only do this if everyone else helps out. Therefore, in addition to a pretix for registration and payment of the levy, there will also be a kitchen plan in which one can sign up for shifts. So it is not a canteen catering, but a community kitchen.
The plan is to cook breakfast and hot dinner for all participants on 5 days and throughout the day fries and pizza from the clay oven.
Priced for small, medium and large children as well as adults.
To ensure that we all stay healthy, it is important that you first go to your local health office to receive instruction in accordance with § 43 of the Infection Protection Act. This costs about 20 € and can also be done online. If this does not work, there are other tasks, but it would be important that as many as possible have the appropriate instruction. The corresponding second instruction will then take place at the camp.

bought one. We hope to be able to collect the approx. 2000€ through donations – if you want to and can participate, please add a donation in pretix or send a paypal to pluhmen@moosbee.de. The goulash cannon will be brought to the CCCV storage after the camp and can be used from there in the chaos environment as long as it is well maintained. We will communicate in more detail what and how exactly will be done with it.
Offers
On the grounds of the Zigeleipark Mildenberg there is a number of playground equipment. In addition, there is a lake where you can swim.

Childcare
What we cannot offer is childcare. We see our work as providing the infrastructure and ideas to create Kidspace with you.
Safety instructions
- Large dangerous machines will be driving over the site during set-up. Children should not enter the site until after set-up is complete. If you do arrive early with your children, please keep an eye on them and do not let them run loose. This is a construction site. Even if there is a climbing frame and a sand hill with a soccer goal on the lawn. The same applies to the dismantling.
- Also during the camp, the responsibility of supervision remains with the parents and guardians. The Kidspace or the Family Village does not provide childcare.
- The pizza oven will be operated with fire. To make this safe there is a fire safety concept that must be followed.
